How can we help?
Find clear answers about exploring temples and sending a Puja or Chadhava availability enquiry.

Before you take the next step.
Does sending an enquiry confirm my booking?
No. The Puja and Chadhava forms store an availability enquiry and give you a reference. Dates, temple permissions, inclusions and any amount must be confirmed separately.
Can I include family names and gotra?
Yes. The individual Puja and Chadhava pages lead to a sankalp form with participant options, names, gotra and a personal prayer. Gotra is optional if you do not know it.
Will I receive a video, photographs or prasad?
These are not automatically included or guaranteed. Ask about the arrangements for the selected temple and seva before agreeing to anything.
Can I pay or track a booking here?
Payments and account-based booking tracking are not connected yet. Keep the reference displayed after a successful availability enquiry.
What happens if a form shows an error?
Do not assume the enquiry was received unless a reference is displayed. Check the message on the form and retry with the same details. Avoid sharing payment details.
Is there a general support form or phone number?
A verified general support channel has not been published yet. The service-specific Puja and Chadhava enquiry forms are connected; the former general contact form was not.
Which languages can I use?
The website is currently in English. Further language experiences are planned but are not available yet.
CLARITY IS PART OF CARE
No payment is collected by these enquiry forms.
A submitted enquiry is a starting point for discussing availability, not a promise of a confirmed ritual or visit.
